A 42-year-old Oskaloosa man died in a one-vehicle, rollover crash early Monday on U.S. Highway 59 three miles south of Oskaloosa.
According to a Kansas Highway Patrol report, Marty L. Warriner died after his southbound 1999 Dodge pickup truck went off the highway to the west. When he over-corrected, the truck slid sideways into the east ditch. The truck rolled once, coming to rest on its wheels.
The accident occurred at 12:15 a.m. Warriner was not wearing a seat belt, according to the accident report.
