To the editor:
I was delighted to read Richard Wingfield’s letter to the editor (Jan. 12). His deft argument revealed the truly insidious relationship between mannequins and arts funding.
We have to nip both mannequins and arts funding in the bud right now — or, we could end up with young women traipsing through fields all across Kansas with mannequins and arts grant proposals in hand.
Thanks for the wake up, Richard. Here’s to better roads!
