A two-alarm fire was reported at 5 a.m. Monday at the city of Lawrence's public works garage at 1141 Haskell.
Units are on the scene at the 40-foot by 60-foot structure, according to Operation 100's Mike Frizzell, the Journal-World's reporting partner.

I truly hope there are no injuries.
But I gotta make note that the city is one of the "neighbors" of the recycling place getting so much flack from the City. It puts a different spin on things. Seems like JW could have mentioned this before.
