Douglas County prosecutors Thursday charged a 54-year-old rural Baldwin City woman with aggravated battery after she was arrested Wednesday morning in connection with a domestic dispute in the 1800 block of North 100 Road, south of Baldwin City.

A judge Thursday set bond at $5,000 for Jamie L. Stout, and ordered her to have no contact with the victim as a bond condition.

Douglas County Sheriff’s officers were called to the address about 6 a.m. Wednesday. The incident involved a knife, and one person was injured although officers said the injuries were not considered serious or life threatening.
