A 39-year-old Lawrence man reported to police that someone had stolen his 1974 brown Chevrolet truck valued at $4,000 between 5 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Saturday from the 900 block of North Third Street. The vehicle was recovered later in the 800 block of East 800 Road and towed, Sarna said.
