Friends of the Lawrence Public Library has announced plans for a Romance Book Sale next month.

Historical, inspirational and paranormal romances will be for sale, including lines by Silhouette and Harlequin. Popular authors will include Danielle Steele, Nora Roberts and Iris Johansen. Large-print romances will be included as well.

The sale will be 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Feb. 12 and 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 13 in the library auditorium, 707 Vt.

Most hardbacks are $1.50, and most paperbacks are 75 cents. Books will be half-price on the second day of the sale.
