The snow that fell Thursday caused several traffic problems around Lawrence. Lawrence police spokesman Sgt. Matt Sarna said between noon Thursday and noon Friday officers responded to 73 noninjury accidents, one injury accident and one minor injury accident. They also were called to assist 47 motorists who got stuck in the snow.
