Take off your Dockers and find your inner rocker. That’s the mission of 15 participants in the second helping of “Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp” (9 p.m., VH1 Classic). The would-be rock gods and goddesses face a grueling training schedule designed to transform them from 9 to 5’ers into genuine head-bangers worthy of the grand prize, a gig with Sammy Hagar.

‘‘Fantasy Camp” features Kimberly Caldwell as host. If you don’t recall the name, here’s a hint: She was the seventh-place finalist on the second season of “American Idol.” Oh, that Kimberly Caldwell!

• After a heavy rotation of “Harry Potter” movies, ABC’s Saturday night movie franchise offers something closer to home. Namely, the Disney Channel made-for-cable movie “Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension” (7 p.m., ABC). Classic rock fans (see “Fantasy Camp,” above) should note: The movie’s soundtrack features an original song by Slash of Guns N’ Roses fame.

Tonight’s other highlights

• Two hours of gymnastics (7 p.m., NBC) should allow the network plenty of chances to remind us that the 2012 Olympic Games are only a year away.

• “Doctor Who” (8 p.m., BBC America) glances back at the series’ most memorable monsters.

• Africa’s dense jungle cannot contain a showdown like “Mega Shark vs. Crocosaurus” (8 p.m., Syfy).

• Country singer Loretta Lynn shares her own “Celebrity Ghost Stories” (8 p.m., Bio).

• Scheduled on “48 Hours Mystery” (9 p.m., CBS): a serial killer named Hannibal.

• Jeremy Irons guest-stars on “Law & Order: SVU” (9 p.m., NBC).

• Helen Mirren and Emily Blunt appear on “The Graham Norton Show” (9 p.m., BBC America).

Saturday series

Death at a dinosaur fair on “CSI” (7 p.m., CBS) ... On back-to-back episodes of “Cops” (Fox): a bad brake light (7 p.m.), a hoarder abandons her menagerie (7:30 p.m.).

Couples attract deadly intentions on “Criminal Minds” (8 p.m., CBS) ... A classmate transformed on “The Cleveland Show” (8:30 p.m., Fox) ... Tom Bergeron hosts “America’s Funniest Home Videos” (9 p.m., ABC)
