A 61-year-old Hays woman reported Monday the theft of personal property from the Riverfront Plaza in downtown Lawrence. According to a police report, the theft occurred between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday. Shoes, jewelry and an alarm clock were among the items reported stolen. The total estimated value of the items taken was $11,723.
