Contact: Erika Dvorske at 785-843-6626

The United Way of Douglas County is seeking volunteers for the positions of “director of first impressions” and office assistant, who are willing to spend two to three hours a week greeting people who come to the office. This opportunity will involve answering phones, directing people to offices in the building, and maybe some filing. Volunteers would participate in a 20-minute training session and would likely not be alone but would be the first face of the office. Volunteers need to be comfortable working with other people and talking on the phone. For more information contact Erika Dvorske at 785-843-6626.
