Two people were treated and released Friday from Lawrence Memorial Hospital after a two-vehicle accident in south Lawrence.
According to Kansas Highway Patrol crash logs, William James, a 38-year-old man, and Teddi James, a 43-year-old man, failed to yield to a semi-truck as they were driving from the K-10 bypass onto U.S. Highway 59. The truck, which was southbound on Highway 59, hit the car.
A 23-month-old girl was also in the car, but was not treated for injuries at the hospital. The accident occurred at 11:45 a.m.
