Kansas University police reported an aggravated assault that occurred Friday afternoon at 11th and Mississippi streets.

According to police, the victim was standing at the intersection around 2:35 p.m. Friday when he told the driver of a white 2009 Dodge Durango to turn his music down. The driver then left, but reportedly returned soon and pointed a gun at the victim.
