A 53-year-old Quincy, Ill., man reported Monday the theft of a mo-ped from the 400 block of West 10th Street. According to police reports, the incident occurred between 10 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday. The red Honda Metropolitan mo-ped was valued at $2,400.
