Sherron Collins showed his scoring potential Friday, pouring in 32 points on 12-for-21 shooting in the Charlotte Bobcats summer league team’s 80-77 loss to the Orlando Magic on Friday afternoon in Orlando, Fla.

The 5-foot-11 Collins played 35 of the game’s 40 minutes and was deadly from behind the arc, going 7-for-11 from three-point range.

Collins added three assists and a steal to go with three turnovers and five fouls. His previous high point total in the summer league was nine.

Former Kansas State guard Denis Clemente scored no points on 0-for-2 shooting in his three minutes on the floor.

Russell Robinson scores 18

Former Kansas guard Russell Robinson scored 18 points on 5-for-11 shooting in the Indiana Pacers summer league team’s 77-73 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday morning.

Robinson played 28 minutes, increasing his playing time for the fourth straight game.

The 6-foot-1 guard was 8-for-8 from the free-throw line, adding three assists, three steals and one rebound to go with two turnovers and four fouls.
