Four Tennessee basketball players — Tyler Smith, Melvin Goins, Cameron Tatum and Brian Williams — will not play in Sunday’s game against Kansas, according to GoVolsXtra.com.

In fact, the site is reporting, all-conference player Tyler Smith has been dismissed from the team, with the ultimate dispensation of the other players still pending.

The four players were suspended over a New Year’s Day arrest involving guns and marijuana.
