About $9,000 worth of computers and other equipment were taken Friday night during a break-in at a room at Kansas University’s Murphy Hall.

According to a police report, someone broke into a locked door of room 330 at Murphy Hall, 1530 Naismith Drive, between 6:15 p.m. and 11:25 p.m. Computers, computer equipment, cameras and a television were taken from the room.
