Burbank, Calif. — Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger would love to run for president — if he could.
California’s actor-turned-governor was born in Austria and the U.S. Constitution prevents foreign-born citizens from holding the nation’s top job.
Jay Leno asked Schwarzenegger on “The Tonight Show” Thursday if he would make a White House run if the law was changed.
Schwarzenegger replied, “Without any doubt.”
But that’s not likely in the foreseeable future. Any amendment to the Constitution must be approved by two-thirds majorities in the House and Senate, and then be ratified by three-fourths of state legislatures.
Schwarzenegger spokesman Aaron McLear says the governor doesn’t think that will happen.

Arnold doesn't have a certified birth certificate but the lefties could get him a certificate of live birth. That works for the Obama administration.

Legal Supreme Court definition of Natural Born Citizen: A person having TWO PARENTS that are US Citizens.
Constitutional Requirement for President of the United States: Must be a Natural Born citizen. US Constitution, under Article II—Section I—Clause V
Obama is not legally qualified for the Office of President of the United States. He has usurped the Presidency.

He may not be a constitutional lawyer nor scholar, but neither are you. Please try to remember that.
Personally, I never cared for the rules on citizenship since I think there are plenty of non-natural born citizens who have total loyalty to the US. Many have even given their lives for this country. Such people should have just as much rights to govern as the rest of us.
However, the rules are the rules no matter how silly or dated they are. Obama could put this particular issue all to rest by requesting his records and opening them up to the public. If there is nothing behind this, the best thing would be to simply make the records public.

Actually, if one tried to search on the internet on the question "Are Obama's records sealed"., you don't get any hits that the answer is "no" or that it is an urban legend. If it is a hoax, why sn't there a hit that refutes that claim? All the hits I checked ou stated that the governor of Hawaii sealed is records back around Oct 2008. People did question McCain's birth, but there was no attempt to seal his records. It was just determined that the Panama Canal Zone being controlled by the US government mean that he is a native born American by law.

You are correct.about McCain, however at the time of his birth that rule was not in effect. That rule was created two years after McCain's birth.
He was, however, grandfathered in under this new rule.

Based on your incomplete interpretation McCain wouldn't have been legal either. He was born in the Panama Canal Zone.

Once again, neither party can offer up a decent candidate, and the few who may have the intellect and ability (ex: Bill Clinton and Newt Gingrich) to lead, get taken off the path by their own personal demons, and, in my opinion, are a waste of talent.
Look at the sad cast of idiots from both parties who ran for president during the last elections. Two of the worst, McCain and Obama, were picked to represent their respective political parties. Sad.

Who does Arnold think he is? He's married to a Kennedy but has no chance of ever being president. Look how well he's doing with California. Just think of the harm he would do to the country. The terminator is over and out for good.
