715 Restaurant, a new European-style neighborhood eatery, will open Monday on Massachusetts Street in Lawrence. The restaurant’s opening day proceeds will be donated to Douglas County’s Health Care Access Clinic to support daily operations, patient care, medication, education and outreach programs.

The restaurant will feature a café menu in the morning, late afternoon and late night, with a full-service lunch and dinner menu. Its operating hours are 7:15 a.m. to midnight daily; Michael Beard will serve as executive chef and Matt Hyde as general manager.
