KU football places 15 on Academic All-Big 12

The Kansas football team placed 15 players on the Academic All-Big 12 team on Tuesday.

First teamers were Todd Reesing, Jacob Branstetter, Drew Dudley, Justin Springer, Jeff Wheeler, Tim Biere, Trevor Marrongelli, Olaitan Oguntodu and Brad Thorson.

Second teamers were Greg Brown, Sal Capra, Kerry Meier, Daymond Patterson, Jake Schermer and Jake Sharp.
