The sixth annual runLawrence Thanksgiving 5K race takes off at 8:30 a.m. Thursday from Woodlawn School, 508 Elm.
Online registration is closed, but runners still can register from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday at Francis Sporting Goods, 731 Mass., or from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. on race day at Woodlawn. The registration fee is $25.
The race begins at Woodlawn and ends near the school.
This year, the event will feature a free 1K race for children that will begin at 9:15 a.m.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Woodlawn School.
