“Winging It: Raising a Child on the Autism Spectrum,” a book written by author Denise Gossage, has recently been published. “Winging It” is Gossage’s memoir about her family and raising her son, who is now an adult. Gossage is a fellow of the Citizen Journalism Academy, sponsored by The World Company and Kansas University’s William Allen White School of Journalism and Mass Communications. “Winging It” is on sale in Lawrence at Hastings, the Oread Bookstore, Borders, The Raven and Signs of Life.
