A 36-year-old Lawrence woman was transported Saturday evening to a Topeka hospital by air ambulance after a rollover accident near Clinton Lake.
According to a Kansas Highway Patrol crash log, the woman was driving a 1996 Toyota eastbound on North 950 Road. When the vehicle impacted North 950 Road, it went airborne and overturned.
The woman was wearing a safety restraint, according to the crash log.
The woman was taken by air ambulance to Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka. Hospital officials said Sunday night they had no information on the patient available for release.
The woman's car was the only vehicle involved in the crash. The crash occurred at 9:40 p.m.

What does this mean "vehicle impacted N 950 road"? Curious phrase.

That's exactly what I was going to ask. I have no clue what "impacted N 950 road" means. Impacted means hit... but she was driving *on* the road, so I don't know how you run into something you're driving on. Shoddy writing.

if you were there to see it, you would have seen how she "impacted" the road. she was in the ditch when the front of her car hit the side road. thats when she rolled over again. my folks were there to see it.
