Agency elects new board members

tiny-k Early Intervention elected new board members on July 1 to serve a two-year term.

They are Jean Applehanz, parent representative; Diana Campell, parent representative; Kitty Gray, community member; Don Haider-Markel, parent representative and Kansas University professor; Kelli Henderson, pediatric dentist; Todd Hiatt, attorney; Martin Miller, attorney; Carrie Poe, parent representative and marketing assistant; and Stephanie Thorne, clinical director of Family and Youth Intervention at CLO.

Returning members are Mellisa Hutchinson, social worker for Olathe Schools; Michelle Kueser, director of Princeton Children’s Center; Kristen Paulson, social worker at Kansas City Free Health Clinic; and Rusty Schnur-Shelton, coordinator of Lawrence Early Childhood Special Services for Lawrence Public Schools.

Officers were also elected: Mellisa Hutchinson and Kristen Paulson, president/vice president (co-chairwomen); and Don Haider-Markel, secretary/treasurer.
