Franklin County dispatch reported Thursday that two people were arrested in Wellsville after police performed a traffic stop. The vehicle’s occupant had an outstanding warrant out for his/her arrest. After an investigation of the vehicle, police seized various items associated with the manufacturing of methamphetamine. Two people were arrested and are being held at the Franklin County Adult Detention Center.
