Online dialogue on health care extended
Kansas City, Mo. ? A national online discussion about health care reform, which was to end next week, has been extended.
The discussion is the culmination of a yearlong effort – “Voices for Health Care” – in Kansas, Ohio and Mississippi to gather public input into health care reform. Organizers have opened up the online discussion to the rest of the country.
Participants are first asked to take an online survey to identify their priorities and suggestions for health care reform. The survey, available at voicesforhealthcare.dialoguecircles.com, was supposed to end next Friday.
After that, a moderated follow-up online dialogue will encourage participants to work together on health care solutions. That dialogue is now scheduled for early December, according to the Kansas Health Care Consumer Coalition, which is coordinating the effort in Kansas.
