North Platte, Neb. ? A North Platte man accused of running a prostitution ring won’t face charges.

Lincoln County Judge Kent Florum has dismissed a pandering charge against 36-year-old Kevin Leslie, saying there wasn’t enough evidence for a conviction.

Leslie was arrested Oct. 6.

North Platte police said an informant told officers that he gave Leslie $100 for an hour of sex with one of his prostitutes.
