Well, voting against again, but this town of tax users outnumbers the tax payers.

You want the "empTy"? Fine, cut somewhere else. Start laying off City Staff or one of the many non-necessary budget items. You don't like my list of non-necessary? Fine, cut every city budget equally to support the "empTy."Every dollar of tax dollars thrown down the rat hole that is the "empTy" is one less dollar to spend with local businesses. How many local businesses can afford that in this economy?

Perhaps we could use the money to pay for more empty busses. We need more busses blocking traffic lanes on major roadways during rush hour.
