Joe Caldwell, of Bartlett & West Engineers in Lawrence, has graduated from the 2007 Emerging Leaders Program of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Kansas.

The program is designed to sharpen the business skills of future owners and leaders in the engineering business community.

The council is the state association for consulting engineering firms, and is dedicated to the promotion and development of the highest standards of professional competence and ethics in private-sector engineering.
