Police: Teen stole from Tyson chairman

? A Kansas teenager has been arrested after police say he stole more than $140,000 from the home of the chairman of Tyson Foods Inc.

The Johnson Police Department said the FBI Fugitive Task Force arrested Ryan Silvey, 19, in Olathe. Officers say Silvey stole a briefcase containing the cash from the house of John Tyson.

Police say the theft occurred during a party thrown by Tyson’s daughter at the family’s Johnson home “on or about” Dec. 27 without his knowledge or consent. Officers say Silvey and another friend were uninvited guests who acted suspicious while looking around the house.

Police say they have recovered some of the stolen money.
