Massage program graduates first class
MTTI-Wellspring’s Lawrence campus conducted its first graduation for the massage therapy program on Nov. 30.
“This first graduation was really special,” says Rachael Gehringer, director of operations at the MTTI-Wellspring Lawrence campus. “We couldn’t be more proud of these students for their impressive accomplishments.”
A total of 11 students graduated from the 750-hour program. The graduating students were: Nick Loyd Brown, Abigail Ida Craig, Barbara B. Dreger, Susan B. Dreger, Jessica M. Hood, Yaslyn Ivonne Howey, Jared Kimball, Gretchen S. Larson, Sarah M. Merrifield, Jessica Mitchell and Brad Winder. Outstanding Academic Awards were given to Craig, Barbara Dreger, Susan Dreger, Howey and Merrifield. Hood was chosen for the Personal Achievement Award.
