Law enforcement report

¢ A woman who lives at Highpointe Apartments, 2001 W. Sixth St., told police she caught a man with a flashlight trying to get in through her front door at 10:30 p.m. Saturday while she was home. She told officers that when she confronted the man, he ran away, said Sgt. Dave Hubbel, a police spokesman.

Officers never found the suspect, Hubbel said.
