The Lawrence Youth Symphony and All City Honor Band will perform at 2 p.m. Sunday at Central Junior High School, 1400 Mass.

The Youth Symphony has membership of orchestra and band students in grades seven through 10. The All City Freshman Honor Band has membership from the four junior highs. The respective directors of these bands are Johannah Cox, Central; Scott Robinson, South; Deborah Woodall, Southwest; and Lauren Gaugert, West.

The orchestra is directed by Lynn Basow, assisted by Pat Transue. The band will be directed by Randall Fillmore, Free State High School director, and Mike Jones, LHS director.
