¢ Two Kansas City, Kan., men went to jail Monday night for catching too many fish. According to Douglas County Jail records, the men, ages 29 and 18, were booked into jail about 7:30 p.m. after being arrested by the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks for exceeding the state’s “creel limit,” or cap on the number of fish of a certain species that can be caught each day. One man also was cited for fishing without a license. They were released on bond and ordered to appear in court June 11.
