Lawrence Douglas County Fire and Medical took three people to Lawrence Memorial Hospital following a three-car accident shortly after 1 p.m. on Tuesday at the 2800 block of Winterbrook Drive.

The accident occurred when Lesnita Kalb, 21, was driving a Chevrolet Cavalier eastbound and crossed the center line of the road while driving around a parked car, thereupon striking a Dodge Neon traveling the opposite direction.

Kalb, as well as the two people in the Dodge Neon, Katoya Logan, 23, and Zachary Parks, 22, were all treated and released from LMH on Tuesday.
