What a wonderful turnout! Douglas County Senior Services is so pleased with the response to our first annual “Jazz It Up!” fundraiser last week at the Eldridge Hotel. Thank you to everyone who participated, to our sponsors, to the donors of the great auction items, to the volunteers who helped with preparation before and during the program, to the enjoyable jazz music, to honored guests Jim and Virginia Seaver and to our gracious emcee Cathy Hamilton who helped keep the “train on the track.” A special thanks is due to the dedicated staff of DCSS for the long hours and effort that went into making this event unique.

We are already planning the second annual “Jazz It Up!” for next year!
