To the editor:

For some time now, I have wanted to write and comment on the descriptions and photos of the animals pictured, currently residing, at our Lawrence Humane Society.

What a talent this “unknown” individual has! I get the biggest smile on my face every time I read the story of one of these adorable animals.

I think this individual should be commended on this tremendous job that is so very well written! The person doing this probable volunteer work, I must take my hat off to you.

Also, I have to say that Mr. Frank’s photos of the animals are just wonderful. He has got to have a lot of patience doing that job! Thank you so much to both of you.

When you are out doing your shopping, please remember to pick up some extra, much-needed supplies for their residents. Not only will you feel better about yourself, the animals will feel better too!

If you can’t tell by now, yes, I am an animal lover!
