To the editor:

There appears to be little intrigue associated with the co-housing community. The biggest differences between the co-housing community and an apartment complex are that in the co-housing community, the apartments are overpriced condos for sale and there are fewer amenities.

It will be interesting to monitor the property value in the co-housing community over the next few years.
