To the editor:

This is in response to the June 2 Saturday Column:

You got me. I dunno. Haven’t seen any lately. I’m with you buddy. Haven’t a clue.

Maybe I’d know, if I knew. You bet. Why not? Yeah, why shouldn’t it? Really. Right on, brother. Uh huh. Who knows? Good idea, a summit – how about at Mount Sunflower?

Not much longer, we can’t take it much longer. Right-o. Who and where, indeed? How long, oh lord, how long? I wouldn’t know.

But I do know I’m seeing stars – stunned by a “commentary” containing 16 question marks, and rhetorical ones, at that. Perhaps more suitable to sidewalk bombast than to the printed page. Don’tcha think?
