Law enforcement report

¢ A Douglas County sheriff’s officer arrested a 40-year-old Lawrence man Saturday night on charges of rape, aggravated criminal sodomy and criminal possession of a firearm, according to Douglas County Jail records. Additional details from the sheriff’s office about the arrest were not available Sunday.

¢ Baldwin City police arrested three Baldwin City men early Sunday on drug and concealed firearm possession charges, according to jail records. The three men, ages 23, 24 and 26, each were arrested on charges of possession with intent to sell marijuana, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and illegal possession of a concealed firearm.

The 24-year-old man also was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Additional information from police was unavailable Sunday. The men remained in jail Sunday night.

Injury accidents

¢ One person was taken by ambulance Sunday night to Lawrence Memorial Hospital after a rollover wreck four miles south of Eudora. The person suffered nonlife-threatening injuries in the wreck after 8:30 p.m. near Douglas County Road 1061 and North 900 Road, Douglas County emergency dispatchers said. Additional information about the wreck was unavailable Sunday night.

¢ Two people were taken by ambulance to Lawrence Memorial Hospital around 9 p.m. Sunday after suffering nonlife-threatening injuries when they fell from a horse near Lone Star Lake, dispatchers said. Additional information was unavailable Sunday night.

¢ Police and medical crews responded about 11:45 p.m. Sunday to a report of an accidental shooting at an apartment in the 1500 block of Ridge Court. Additional information was unavailable early today.
