Burglaries and thefts reported

¢ A black Gateway notebook computer, valued at $2,000, was taken sometime between 3 p.m. July 2 and noon July 3 from a vehicle in the 100 block of East Ninth Street. It was reported to police Monday, and the suspect did not use force to enter the vehicle.
