Law enforcement report

¢ A 70-year-old Linwood man reported a burglary and criminal damage in the 300 block of Maple Street at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday. Two of the items stolen were a refrigerator and a dryer, and a door and a window were damaged.

¢ Beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday, the quarter panels of five vehicles were damaged, each worth $300, according to Lawrence police reports. A 29-year-old Lawrence male reported the criminal damage that occurred in the 900 block of Massachusetts Street and the 900 block of New Hampshire Street. Two vehicles in the 900 block of Massachusetts were a 2001 Chevy belonging to a 28-year-old Lawrence man and a 1997 Chevy owned by a Topeka man whose age was not included on the report. The other three vehicles on New Hampshire Street were a 1996 Mazda belonging to a 26-year-old man whose hometown was not included on the report; a 2001 Toyota belonging to a Topeka man, whose age was not included on the report; and a 1998 Pontiac belonging to a 30-year-old Lawrence woman.
