Law enforcement report

¢ Lawrence police officers responded to a disturbance with weapons in the 1000 block of North Third Street at 5:19 p.m. Wednesday. An officer arrested a 22-year-old Lawrence man suspected in holding a gun to the head of a 35-year-old Arkansas man and demanding money. The victim had a small cut on his face, but did not require medical treatment.

Burglaries and thefts reported

¢ A 35-inch Vizion Flatscreen LCD television, valued at $2,000, was removed from a wall in an Anschutz Sports Pavilion lounge at Kansas University. The theft occurred between 6 p.m and midnight on Monday.

¢ A Panasonic digital camera, valued at $3,500, was one of several items stolen from a residence in the 1000 block of Emery Road last Friday. In addition to the camera, soap, camera lenses and women’s underwear were also stolen.

¢ A 1998 Oldsmobile Achieva, valued at $1,500, was reported stolen from the 700 block of New Hampshire Street Tuesday. The theft allegedly took place between 1 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
