3 held in shooting deaths of two boys

? Detroit police arrested three people Saturday in the shooting deaths of two boys and the wounding of a 23-year-old man on the city’s west side.

The two boys were identified Sunday as 12-year-old Darren Johnson and 13-year-old Orlando Herron. Both were shot in the head and found dead in a home after police received a call about 10 p.m. Friday.

One of the suspects, 42-year-old Torrisandois Leroy Lyons, turned himself in Saturday night, department spokesman James Tate said Sunday. The other two – a man and a woman, whose names and ages weren’t released – also were arrested.

The three hadn’t been charged Sunday.
