Health Care Access boosts development

Sally Monahan Zogry has joined Health Care Access Clinic, Lawrence, as development assistant.

Zogry assists in fundraising, grant writing, community outreach and event planning for the clinic, which provides medical care to uninsured residents of Douglas County.

Prior to joining Health Care Access, Zogry was a staffing specialist for Manpower in Lawrence. She also worked previously at Healthcare Wellness Center at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, and through the university’s Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars fellowship program prior to moving to Lawrence in 2003.

Zogry earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in philosophy and religious studies from the University of New Mexico and has worked in the restaurant industry in New York City and Santa Fe, N.M.
