Who’s the father?

? Anna Nicole Smith’s baby, 5-month-old Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern may have the genes of a savvy lawyer, a Los Angeles photographer, a prince or a deceased Texas oil tycoon.

Both Smith’s longtime attorney, Howard K. Stern, and her ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead have publicly claimed to be the father of the baby girl, who was born Sept. 7.

Appearing shortly after the baby’s birth, Stern, 38, declared he was the infant’s father on “Larry King Live.”

Birkhead, 34, has also said he’s the daddy, and, in the months before Smith died, the celebrity photographer went to court demanding a paternity test.

Another potential papa is Smith’s second husband, J. Howard Marshall, a Yale alum who worked as an executive for a number of oil companies.

In a manuscript obtained by the New York Daily News, Smith’s half-sister Donna Hogan alleges the former model had some of Marshall’s sperm frozen and may have used it to become pregnant.

As if the line of daddy wannabes wasn’t already long enough, Prince Frederic von Anhalt claimed he had carried on a 10-year-long affair with Smith and could be Dannielynn’s father. The 59-year-old prince, who reportedly purchased his title, is the eighth husband of Zsa Zsa Gabor.
