Law enforcement report

¢ The mother of a 3-year-old girl reported to Lawrence police that a 40-year-old man inappropriately touched the girl between midnight and 2 a.m. Saturday. The man was known to the victim.

¢ A 25-year-old man was cited with indecent exposure and interference with a law enforcement officer after a Holiday Inn manager found the man walking around at 200 McDonald Drive without clothing at 6:40 a.m. March 30.
