KU football adds 6-foot-5 receiver
Chris Tuck, a wide receiver from Hillcrest High School in Dallas, has committed orally to play football at Kansas University.
Tuck, a 6-foot-5, 195-pound senior-to-be, told rivals.com Monday he had committed to play for the Jayhawks over Iowa, LSU, Oklahoma State, Arizona, TCU and UTEP.
“The offer came in the mail, and I just wanted to get it over with,” Tuck told rivals.com. “I feel that I will be able to stand out more at Kansas and help the team on the offensive side of the ball. The coaching staff is aware of my decision. I am really looking forward to playing at Kansas.”
Tuck had 40 catches for 500 yards with six touchdowns his junior season. He also has played various positions on defense.
