Pittsburg ? The International Pet Owners Club will award more than $10,000 in cash and prizes for the Spring 2006 Cutest Pet Photo Contest.

The free contest is open to everyone. One photograph size 8-by-10 inches or smaller, color or black and white, should be postmarked no later than April 30.
