The April Fools are for real when “Right Between the Ears,” the award winning, nationally broadcast sketch comedy series, lets loose a new show Saturday at Liberty Hall.

The April Fools Day edition will feature the usual mix of topical take-offs and put-ons, including new episodes of “The Antonio Banderas Show” and “The Legion of Stupid Heroes.” Also planned are spoofs of President Bush’s sagging approval rating, the Enron trial and Anna Nicole Smith at the Supreme Court.

Performances will be at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tickets for the show range from $12-$16 and are on sale at the Liberty Hall box office, area Ticketmaster outlets, (816) 931-3330, and www.ticketmaster.com

The show will be broadcast later on Kansas Public Radio stations, Sirius Satellite Radio and KCMO-AM 710.
