Three reappointed to state finance board

Topeka Gov. Kathleen Sebelius has reappointed three members to the Kansas Development Finance Authority.
Reappointed are Daniel Watkins of Lawrence, John Montgomery of Junction City and Audrey Langworthy of Prairie Village.
